The 1,576m² flat roof to the main school building featured a felt and asphalt waterproofing system that was beginning to allow water to ingress. If allowed to continue the water could potentially cause structural damage to the building and pose a health and safety risk to the school, the pupils and staff.

The Royal Holloway College was in desperate need of a resurfacing solution to their college walkways; however, the solution would need to compliment the iconic building while providing a durable finish.

Sledmere Primary School in Dudley, West Midlands has recently undergone a further Triflex roof refurbishment.
