Recently redeveloped the 9 storey car park wanted a smart, durable surfacing solution that would protect their car park for year to come.

The hospital car park at Ninewells, Dundee outlined that their need for on-site parking was extremely high, as their current car park was suffering with water ingress from higher and causing structural damage and damage to parked cars.

This multi-storey car park required a waterproofing and surfacing solution for all 3 levels of the Olympia multi-storey car park. Areas of the car park revealed very deep wheel indentations, with 80mm of asphalt at the sides and as little as 15mm in the middle.

Orchards Academy in Swanley, London, is one of several schools that has recently invested in refurbishing their roofs with a Triflex cold liquid applied waterproofing system. Educating boys and girls from year 7 through to post 16, Orchards Academy prides itself on the high level of education and facilities that they provide.

The project required the waterproofing and protection of a 2000m² metal roof including all side laps, end laps, gutters and details at the Ipswich Mail Centre.
