Triflex is welcoming another cohort of Stonbury trainees this month at the Triflex Academy. The direct specialist contractor delivers maintenance, refurbishment and new build services to the water industry. The Triflex training courses will give operatives hands on instruction in the application of Triflex cold liquid applied waterproofing membranes. Based on PMMA resin, the waterproofing systems offer superb performance with ultra-rapid curing that fit well with Stonbury’s ethos for innovation.
Tony Mills, Triflex Sales Director explains further “Stonbury offer a range of direct delivery capabilities, and Triflex are delighted to support them by training operative teams from each region. With a national presence, we have taken the Triflex Academy to several Stonbury locations to deliver a local training program that minimises impact on their operations. Triflex systems are used extensively to waterproof and protect concrete structures and extend the life of existing assets, fitting with Stonbury‘s re-life solutions.”
Richard Harrison, Stonbury Regional Director, North, adds “Triflex have provided a program of training that fits well with where we want to go as a company and to ensure what we do is always to the highest standards - one of our key company values. The assessed Triflex training ensures that our operatives are competent and confident in the use of the advanced waterproofing systems and gives our clients peace of mind that our works are completed by trained staff. Working closely with our supply chain ensures we can quickly implement technologies to deliver the best solutions to each project.“
