The Le Clos Mourant housing estate in St. Clement, Jersey, is a major regeneration project, providing mixed-tenure accommodation on the site of former rental homes demolished in 2009. Triflex collaborated closely with Morris Architects and Triflex-authorised contractor Rateavon Jersey Ltd. to deliver certified waterproofing systems throughout the development.

The Triflex ProTerra Insulated system was used for the buried podiums and balconies, while the Triflex ProTect system provided seamless, self-terminating waterproofing for the warm flat roofs and entrance canopies. In addition, Triflex ProThan liquid-applied membranes were applied to waterproof tank rooms and selected storage areas. Finally, the Triflex StairCoat system was installed on the basement stairs, ensuring anti-skid surfacing and durable protection for the concrete-formed steps.
