This video does not replace specific site risk assessments for the tasks, which are the ultimate responsibility of the installing contractor. These site risk assessments should be developed to control social distancing and ensure good hygiene procedures are maintained.

Technical support queries
If you require technical support you can call our technical team on 01785 819119 and select option 1. Where you feel that images may help in us providing remote support, please send these to tech@triflex.co.uk with a description and we will get back to you. Site visits can be arranged within government guidelines and subject to a risk assessment, however where possible we would prefer to use images, video and other tools to provide support where a site visit is not strictly necessary – please contact us to agree the best approach for the particular circumstances.
Warranty inspections
At Triflex we do not have a requirement to inspect works once a project is complete. If you are applying for a warranty you can do so at www.triflex.co.uk/warranty where you will need full project details and invoice numbers to hand to complete the application process. Where a client requires a post completion inspection please contact our technical team on 01785 819119 option 1 or tech@triflex.co.uk.
Delivery and next day delivery
We are still fully open for orders and delivering goods and so far have experienced very limited impact on our supply chain. You can place your orders by sending an email to orders@triflex.co.uk or by calling 01785 819119 and selecting option 2.
Order cut off time is 12pm for next day deliveries
As always our order cut off time for next day deliveries is 12pm. We will do whatever we can to deliver orders received before 12pm on the next day, however at present we are unable to guarantee this due to factors outside of our control. Please note this not applicable to orders for ROI or NI, lead-times will be confirmed once an order is confirmed.
